- Place the program under the patronage of Our Lady and the patron saint of the parish
- Homilies

Signup of Parishioners for Adoration Program
- At all weekend Masses
- Ushers distribute signup sheets and pencils to all
- Ushers collect signup sheets at the end of Mass prior to dismissal of the congregation
Formation of Parish Adoration Committee
- Committee works in solidarity and under the guidance of the Parish pastor
- Parish Lay Coordinator to oversee program
- Parish volunteers to monitor hours of adoration
- Signup sheets, volunteer team leader charts, hourly and summary, adoration log charts
- Eucharistic Adoration Forms
Adoration Sign in Daily Log Book
- Available in church for each adorer to sign when making their hour of adoration
- Log book to be reviewed routinely by the Parish Lay Coordinator or other member of the Adoration Committee to ensure that each hour is covered
- The Blessed Sacrament is not to be left alone without someone present
